Deborah Cox Teams Up With Starlight Children’s Foundation to Bring Joy to Sick Kids at LAC+USC Medical Center

On Thursday, May 11, multi-platinum R&B recording artist and Broadway star of The Bodyguard Deborah Coxteamed up with Starlight Children’s Foundation to bring joy to sick kids at LAC+USC Medical Center in downtown Los Angeles.

Deborah Cox, a long-time supporter of Starlight Children’s Foundation, took a break from the musical during her US tour to visit seriously ill children and bring smiles to their faces. Deborah brought Starlight Brave Gowns (comfortable and brightly colored gowns that help sick kids feel like superstars) to surprise the children at the hospital. She spent quality time in the playroom, made bedside visits and sang for a young lady with a special request.
